Kundalini Yoga – MAY classes – Chiswick W4

I hope you are all very well indeed.

For classes in May we have a Monday evening class at 18:15 – 19:30 and a Saturday morning class 08:30 – 09:45.

(Classes will not be held on on the bank holidays Monday’s 6th May and 27th May).

Also because of the Bedford Park Festival in June classes will be reduced. (I am working on a temporary home for us – more about that next time).


The practice of KY balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands the lung capacity, and purifies the bloodstream. It brings balance to the body, mind and soul. It enables you to harness the energy of your mind and emotions, so you can be in control of yourself, rather than being controlled by your thoughts and feelings. It is on-the-job training for success and excellence in life, and is designed to give you a “hands on” experience of higher consciousness. It teaches positive self-empowering attitudes of thinking. It builds inner strength and self awareness so you can fulfil your highest potential. It perfects the finite life while connecting you to the Infinite experience, enabling you to merge with or “yoke” with the universal Self.


We have precious little time to share at the class, to discuss what brings you to yoga, what you experience in class, what you want as an outcome. I’d love to hear from you so please drop me a line with your thoughts, experiences and suggestions here. If you have never been to a KY class please come, experience the class and please let me know how yoga is starting to call on you in your life.

All classes are held at St.Michaels & All Angels Parish Hall, Priory Avenue, London W4 1TX. Please arrive a little early to get changed and settled. Mats and blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own.
